Permanent Vinyl <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Permanent Vinyl<\/strong> gets its name from its adhesive. It is only chemical soluble, meaning that you will require a product such as alcohol, baby oil, or other chemical to fully remove it. This is the best choice for things such as vehicles, cups, mugs, flasks, or any other product that may come into contact with water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PV Application Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

• Clean surface of the product you are applying the decal to with an alcohol pad, alcohol wipes (NOT bleach wipes<\/strong>), or isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and allow surface to fully dry naturally. Do not use a towel or napkin to assist in drying, as it will leave fibers on your freshly cleaned surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Remove backing (solid white) from transfer tape (clear with vinyl attached).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Place decal sticky side down onto your freshly clean, and dry surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Once in place, use a credit card, or other rigid object to smooth out any bubbles, and firmly apply pressure to the decal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Slowly remove the transfer tape (clear backing), leaving your vinyl in place. If the vinyl lifts with the tape, replace it and apply more pressure with rigid object.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Let decal cure\/sit, if possible, for 2-3 days before getting wet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • Hand wash only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Do not scrub directly on decal. Use a soft sponge if necessary, and follow any decal design flows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Do not put in dish washer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Use liquid soap only, not dry soap or detergent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Do not soak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Do not microwave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Do not freeze, or leave in extreme heat, as both can damage the adhesive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Temporary Vinyl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Temporary Vinyls<\/strong> only difference from PV<\/strong> is that the adhesive on the back is water soluble – that is, it will come off with water, instead of requiring a different solvent\/cleaner to remove it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Do not get wet! Water will dissolve the adhesive on this product!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Do not microwave, freeze, or leave in extreme heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If the decal becomes dirty, use a lightly wet paper towel or napkin and gently wipe the vinyl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Heat Transfer Vinyl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Heat Transfer Vinyl<\/strong> uses, as it’s name suggest, heat to affix the decal to cloth. Please note that due to the high temperatures required to apply HTV, ONLY<\/strong> cotton or polyester cloth is suggested – Other materials may become damaged under the heat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        HTV Application Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Preheat an iron or heat press for 5 minutes on “cotton” setting (approximately 300 degrees).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Remove backing to expose STICKY carrier sheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Place garment to receive decal onto a hard, heat proof surface; a table, or counter top is recommended. Do not use an ironing board!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Place decal STICKY SIDE DOWN on garment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Place thin towel, sheet, parchment paper, or other thin cloth over decal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Apply pressure over decal with iron for 30-45 seconds – Do not use steam!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Allow decal\/clothing to cool for 30 seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Slowly peel back carrier sheet, exposing the newly applied decal. If decal starts to come up with the carrier sheet, repeat your pressure step for another 30-45 seconds in that area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If your decal has multiple parts, begin this process over with the second, third, etc, pieces to fully complete your design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • ** Please note: SOME HTV Materials do require different heat and\/or time settings. Additional instructions, if required, will be included with your order!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          HTV Care Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Turn item inside out, if possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Machine wash in cold water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Do not use bleach or fabric softener!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Do not dry clean!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Tumble dry item on low, or hang to dry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Printed Heat Transfer Vinyl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Printed HTV Application Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Avoid touching the print! Oils from your skin can damage the material!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Preheat an iron or heat press for 5 minutes on “cotton” setting (approximately 300 degrees).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Place garment to receive decal onto a hard, heat proof surface; a table, or counter top is recommended. Do not use an ironing board!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Carefully remove the carrier sheet (white backing) from the print. The print will be VERY thin!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Lay the print, face up, on your garment so that it appears the way you want it to look when finished.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Cover print with a piece of parchment or multi-use paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Apply pressure over decal with iron for 30-45 seconds – Do not use steam!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Remove the protective parchment or multi-use paper, and verify your print has adhered to the garment. If any portion of it is lifted, or not sticking, repeat your pressure process for another 30-45 seconds in the area. Do not forget to re-cover the print before ironing!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Stickers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                Stickers are printed on backed vinyl, and then coated with a protective layer to make them water resistant. Since they are printed, they can be full color, black and white, or anything in between. They are great for flasks, laptops – anything that doesn’t often get wet! While they look amazing on vehicles, their lifespan is greatly diminished by the sun, or very cold climates. Permanent Vinyl is suggested for vehicle application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Sticker Application Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
